4 miles today; wasn't able to run yesterday because it was raining and yucky all day.  Good run!

Wednesday 9/8/10

4 miles tonight, including the hill.  It was chilly tonight, and somehow I managed to run between rain showers and didn't get wet.  Loving my new UnderArmour shirt.

Monday 9/6/10

4 miles today.  Went in town for a flatter run.  Don't think I drank enough water today, it was a tough run.
