3.9 miles - it was cold enough out today to wear a winter hat and gloves. Still got almost 4 miles in!
Hoping to get more runs in this week, since I'll be done with my 1st student teaching on Monday. We'll see if weather cooperates.
"In running, it doesn't matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say, 'I have finished.' There is a lot of satisfaction in that." -Fred Lebow, New York City Marathon co-founder

Thursday 10/7/10
3.4 miles today, but very slow! It seemed like I was running against the wind no matter the direction I was running. Still coughing and blowing my nose on my runs, but I'm getting better. Hoping for a great weekend of running!~

Sunday 10/3/10
Between crappy weather and getting sick, I haven't run much.
Saturday 9/25 - 2.5 miles, very slow, had trouble breathing
Saturday 10/2 - 2 miles, slow, coughing spasm at end of run
Sunday 10/3 - 3 miles, slow, felt a little bit better
We'll see if I get any runs in this week - weather looks crappy, schedule doesn't look good.

Friday 9/10/10
4 miles today; wasn't able to run yesterday because it was raining and yucky all day. Good run!

Wednesday 9/8/10
4 miles tonight, including the hill. It was chilly tonight, and somehow I managed to run between rain showers and didn't get wet. Loving my new UnderArmour shirt.

Monday 9/6/10
4 miles today. Went in town for a flatter run. Don't think I drank enough water today, it was a tough run.
Welcome to my running blog. I started running this summer, and am working up to a 5K race in the next 6 months. I am using this blog to chronicle my progress.
